bullet Blooming Yeast

If you're having trouble blooming yeast when starting a dough, perhaps its the water temperature that is causing the problem. In order to properly bloom yeast, you need the water to be in the 110-115 degree range. Lower temperatures may fail to activate, while higher temperatures can kill the yeast before it even gets started.
